when having difficult conversations, but the techniques taught during the day and emphasised throughout
the course made me see how this could be possible.
The role play with actors is the most useful thing from every single module. You can learn as much as
you like but being able to practice it is the only way you'll adapt your behaviours and having that
chance in a learning environment is really important to build confidence and skills in applying the
tools we've learnt. Would've liked more of that.
