Course Learning Outcomes
At the end of the training the delegate will be able to:

- Calculate project/task resource requirements
- Use a range of techniques to analyse problems and determine the best course of action
- Define a number of methods or solutions for dealing with issues/problems encountered
- Identify methods to resolve problems taking into account risks
