Being Resilient - Resilience Workshop

Programme Overview & Summary

Responding to the speed and complexity of change affects people in different ways. Increased workloads, new and unfamiliar challenges are felt and handled differently.

Knowing how to respond and recover under pressure, and recognising the circumstances which can cause pressure, enables leaders and their team to stay at the top of their game. Resilience and regeneration enable us to recover from the demands and ‘knocks’ we are presented with and getting ready for our next challenge.

As human beings, we have the capacity and building blocks within us to grow, change, build and rebuild. This programme takes an empowered and holistic approach to resilience, providing the tools and methods that put us (and those we lead and manage) in the best position to thrive and grow.
