Programme Overview & Summary
The programme starts with a deep challenge and reflection on what it means to be an authentic leader for each individual; participants are encouraged to examine their own values, mindset, self beliefs and core purpose as a leader at Network Rail. Building on this, participants explore key themes identified as pertinent to female leaders including:
- Career Management
- Networking
- Confidence and Resilience
- Personal impact
Small group work in the discovery sessions provides a unique and insightful development experience where participants receive group coaching from their peers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Style and Approach
A practical experiential learning sessions with a modern approach to learning which is professional and engaging.
Audience
Band 3 or equivalent and managers.
Programme Structure
4 Days- split over 2 modules, plus 1:1 and group coaching sessions.
