Programme Overview & Summary
Network Rail’s leaders play a crucial role in developing the culture and performance needed to deliver significant changes and complete challenging projects to rebuild the rail infrastructure of the UK, whilst improving safety, efficiency, customer service, quality and innovation.
These practical modules use an experiential approach to provide first-hand leadership experience and help senior leaders develop their own unique style building on their core strengths. The modules use practical tools along with the time and structure to allow delegates to apply their
learning in a range of experiential activities and leadership simulations.
