Programme Overview & Summary

Target audience - Bands 1 and 2. Network Rail’s leaders play a crucial role in developing the culture and performance needed to deliver significant changes and complete challenging projects to rebuild the rail infrastructure of the UK, whilst improving safety, efficiency, customer service, quality and innovation.

These practical modules use an experiential approach to provide deep reflection, stretch and challenge to enable very senior leaders to enhance their leadership skills. Delegates apply their learning in a range of experiential activities and leadership simulations. These workshops will develop inspiring leaders.
