Diversity Impact Assessment Reviewer Training

Programme Overview & Summary

A Diversity Impact Assessment (DIA) is like a risk assessment for Diversity. We use this 7 step process to demonstrate that we are meeting our Public Sector Equality Duty.

It is a legal requirement for NR to undertake a DIA when something we’re working on, a business change or an event could potentially impact people.

DIA Reviewers are colleagues who review and critique completed DIAs and formally sign them off, using the DIA digital tool.

The workshop aims to equip delegates with the knowledge and skill to assess DIAs that has been submitted by DIA Authors.
